Equal Access Parental Leave
Receive up to 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents regardless of gender, caring role or tenure. Leave can be taken all at once or in parts within the first 2 years of your child's birth.
Pregnancy Bereavement
Up to 10 days paid leave for pregnancy bereavement due to miscarraige or termination. And where a team member's pregnancy ends with a still birth, that are entitled to Lion's paid parental leave.
Superannuation
Superannuation paid up to 18 weeks, providing 6 additional weeks post your paid parental leave period.
Return to Work Support
Access to our partner 'Parents at Work" return to work and educational program as well as paid 'keep in touch' days in Australia and networking opportunities.
