Families and Parents at Lion
Equal Access Parental Leave
Receive up to 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents regardless of gender, caring role or tenure. Leave can be taken all at once or in parts within the first 2 years of your child's birth.
Up to 10 days paid leave for pregnancy bereavement due to miscarraige or termination. And where a team member's pregnancy ends with a still birth, that are entitled to Lion's paid parental leave.
Superannuation paid up to 18 weeks, providing 6 additional weeks post your paid parental leave period.
