The core purpose of the Lion People and Culture team is to build capability for Lion’s future by attracting, retaining & developing great people and creating an environment in which they flourish.
Essentially our role is to partner with our leaders to drive culture change, strengthen external connectivity and shape strategy.
We help build capability to deliver better business outcomes for Lion.
Our P&C team of approximately 150 team members across the business and globe, work collaboratively every day to empower Lion to achieve. You can move anywhere from a strategic, specialist or leadership role within P&C.
That could be business partnering within a business unit or in centralised specialist teams such as Workplace Relations, Talent, Insights and Strategy or Safety and Wellbeing.
