What we do

We’re pretty proud of our Hospitality venues and we see them as integral and unique aspects of each individual brand. Whether you are having a pizza and pint fresh from the server at Little Creatures Fremantle or watching live music perfectly paired with a refreshing ale at Byron Bay Brewery, it’s not enough for us that our customers enjoy great food and beer, we want to create memorable brand experiences.

Great hospitality starts with great people and we encourage the development of our staff, reward their performance and foster an environment that embraces change, new ideas, respect and equal opportunity. We value community, both the one we create within our venues and the one we reach through those that live, work and play around us.

How we operate

We have venues across Australia, New Zealand, London and San Francisco with further plans to expand globally. The opportunities are vast from function to location and our roles range from casual bar staff to executive chefs, general managers and community liaisons.

Lion has given me the extraordinary opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, be the best I can be and grow over the years. I started my journey as executive chef in Hong Kong at the newly opened Little Creatures brewery and progressed into the Venue Manager role after that. Most recently I’ve relocated to London taking on the Venue Manager role to open the Little Creatures Regents Canal – the first Creatures venue in the UK.
