The Pride is one of the largest breweries in New Zealand and home to some of New Zealand’s most iconic and beloved beer and beverage brands. As a Brewery Technician, you will play an integral role in working effectively and proactively as part of a shift-based team. This role will see you involved in delivering against the production plan whilst pursing improvements in safety, quality, value, and process excellence.

The Pride operates 24 hours Monday – Friday and this is a shift-based role rotating between morning, afternoon/evening and night shifts. This is a permanent full-time opportunity and is based on-site in East Tamaki, Auckland.

Some of the skills you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment
• High level attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Can do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Some of the things you’ll be doing in the role:

• Support with the brewing activities including fermentation and batching
• Be involved in laboratory work
• Ensure quality standards and procedures are maintained
• Be involved in process improvement and innovation at the Brewery
• Champion a safety-first culture at the brewery
• Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices
