Within our Connections team we’re looking for a Media Manager to join us on 12-month fixed term contract based out of our York Street Office. This exciting newly created role will report into our Media Lead, ANZ and will work across the full portfolio of our iconic brands.
 

In this role you will…

• Partner brand teams in annual communications planning to build integrated and aligned connection plans to enable the development of world class communication strategies
• Partner brand teams in the development and implementation of best-in-class media plans (provide a consult, feedback, and educational role to the brand teams)
• Cultivate working relationships with our media agency and key media partners to ensure that Lion is able to break new ground
• Automate and consolidate key media communications reports
• Manage our media budget, tracking and recording spend against the 2023 budget
   

What you will need from day one…

• 8+ years’ experience across media agency implementation and investment roles is essential in setting you up for success in this role
• Results focus and the ability to hold internal partners accountable for delivering projects/campaigns to agreed outcomes
• Demonstrated knowledge in developing media strategy, planning, implementation, and negotiation with media partners
• Appetite to learn how consumers engage with media campaigns, adapting these campaigns based on your learnings
• Robust knowledge of the Australian media landscape across multiple categories.
• Digital advertising and platform expertise along with an understanding of data analytics and consumer tracking
