Want to work on one of the world’s most iconic beer brands? Do you have a new or old love for the Formula 1® Grand Prix? Love Heineken® & Heineken® 0.0? We are looking for an established Brand Manager to join the Heineken® team in Australia.

You will be joining a talented team on the Heineken® Brand within a broader Lion Marketing Team. Your role will be to support the strategy and lead the marketplace execution across a number of Global & Local initiatives for the Heineken® brand.

In this role, you will be required to work within cross-functional teams to deliver key projects across the long- and short-term horizon. Joining a high calibre, consumer focused team, you will feel supported as you take ownership of your portfolio and key projects. 

A day in the life

  • Support the Heineken® team to manage brand performance against consumer and commercial objectives and to budget.
  • Translate the brand strategy to an effective brand plan that influences consumer behaviour both for the long and short term
  • Work closely with the Global & Regional teams at Heineken® to adopt & tailor communications to be relevant to the Australian consumer.
  • Inspire cross-functional teams & agencies to develop fully integrated communications campaigns.
  • Lead the development of core brand innovation and communications, having an opportunity to influence plans and bring your own stamp to the brand
  • Leverage our customer and consumer data, taking insights and making recommendations to influence our plans and activity

What you will make you successful

  • You are a team player and energised to work on a transformation of some of our best loved brands
  • Understanding of the communication & connections process, with experience on developing & localising Global communication
  • Experience within the alcohol industry, on-trade / horeca, & with other premium or luxury brands.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset- bringing experience in generating actions and recommendations leveraged from customer and consumer insights
  • Your strong communication and relationship building skills will set you up for success as you will need to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across Australia.
