Vanguard Luxury Brands is Australia’s leading importer, marketer, and distributor of premium spirits. We cater to the best bars, liquor stores, restaurants, and hotels across Australia. We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to drive the excellence of our products in the market across The Hills and Western Sydney with quarterly travel to Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo and Mudgee. This role is available on a permanent basis and will report into our NSW Sales Manager.

What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?

  • You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands
  • You will travel to our customer sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
  • You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution
  • Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
  • Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers

 

What are we looking for?

  • Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you’ll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships
  • Sales experience: You may come from a FMCG, retail, hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results
  • Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
  • A full, clean drivers’ licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis
