We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our talented Innovation team leading the marketing workstreams in Lion’s value engineering program.
 

This role will report directly into our Innovation Director and is available on a fixed term 12-month contract. This role will be based out of our York Street Office with hybrid working options available.
 

This role will lead transformational change, executing our strategy and connecting our consumers to our brand like never before.

A day in the life

• Leading consumer validation on the value engineering program across the brand portfolio in collaboration with insights specialists
• Leading engagement and communication to our brand teams on the value engineering program
• Implementation of design / artwork changes across the portfolio including design agency engagement and facilitating brand director approval
• Management of the value engineering program and project approval through stage gate and PMR as part of IBP
   

What you will need on day one

• Capability in leading projects through StageGate
• Brand management in consumer goods
• Significant experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience in end to end product management and role of value engineering in product life cycle
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to facilitate senior stakeholder meetings and derive outcomes.
• Adept at building cross functional partnerships and working collaboratively with others (internally & externally) to meet shared objectives.
• You need to be willing to challenge and speak up to address difficult issues and be comfortable and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
