Our Lion New Zealand Service Excellence (Customer Support) Team is on the hunt for an Order Management Specialist to join the Auckland team on a permanent full-time basis. This position is available to start in early January 2023.

About the role:
As an Order Management Team Member, you will support our business to ensure the exceptional customer experience is delivered the first time, every time across all contact channels. Your ability to partner with different stakeholder groups will be crucial to your success in this role. You will be ensuring proactive communication of all out-of-stock risks to the Lion business and effectively managing short supply allocation and quantity restrictions.
