Commercial Analyst On Prem

We are looking for a motivated individual for the role of Commercial Analyst – On Premise.  This role will report to the Senior Commercial Manager – On Premise for this 12-month Fixed Term Contract, and will be based in York St, Sydney as well as the ability to work flexibly from home.

 

This role is the key commercial business partner to the On-Premise Sales team who support our pub, club and sponsorship customers. The primary accountabilities in this role include: 

 

  • Partner Sales to deliver outcomes in the On Premise and support on large pourage rights proposals
  • Ensure we are managing our investment in On Premise by ensuring we have the right tools in place to make choices and decisions
  • Provide insights and reporting on the On Premise at a state level
  • Lead the pourage rights annual plan and rolling budget
  • Continue to provide transparency over month end results to enable cause of change analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems and capability
  • Ensure effective planning & prioritisation of upcoming PR deals

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Experience in delivering business results through risk and opportunity identification and planning to tight timeframes
  • Track record of generating and sharing insights to align stakeholders on next steps
  • Delivering system and process continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to build strong relationships across business units and functions
  • Ability to handle high levels of ambiguity and complexity
  • Degree qualifications in Commerce/Finance and relevant experience, preferably within a Commercial environment (CA/CPA qualifications preferred)
