We are on the hunt for a new Regional Sales Manager to join our Greater Sydney team. This is an incredible opportunity to progress your sales leadership career within a leading FMCG organisation.

 

This role primarily services the Sydney CBD and the Eastern Suburbs and will report into our Field Sales Director for NSW. 

 

You will:

  • Maximise sales opportunities through the effective management of your territory team across off and on premise customer venues. 
  • Be responsible for delivering all field sales KPI’s for your territory
  • Identify and propose development and business growth opportunities
  • Embed best practice infield sales processes through the provision of strong leadership and coaching, to a team of Sales Executives located across Sydney.
  • Achieve targeted sales outcomes through enhancing strong business relationships

 

What you’ll need..

  • An ability to navigate through a complex sales environment coupled with an ability to demonstrate clear and decisive commercial thinking will help set you up for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated sales and leadership experience along with excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • An ability to interpret and apply an understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Most importantly you will be an agile and inspiring in-field coach that is energised by the achievement of others.
