Asset Care Planner

The Pride is one of the largest breweries in New Zealand and is home to some of New Zealand's most iconic and beloved beverage brands, from Steinlager and Lindauer through to Mac's, Wither Hills, Speight’s and Zeffer.

The Role
Engage with our teams across the brewery in this pivotal role to plan and schedule the maintenance for our assets – 

  • Review and respond to incoming maintenance requests 
  • Schedule work orders each week and amend as different needs arise
  • Partner with our Production Schedulers to find efficient maintenance windows with the least impact to productivity
  • Collaborate with engineering and trade to recommend and implement improvements to the maintenance regime
  • Engage with different teams at regular meetings keep everyone updated


Your will gain exposure across all our teams within the brewery and your next career step from here could be into leadership, operations or into a technical direction such as projects or process improvement.

About You
You may be a planner, engineer, or from a different background – we are open technical experience, as long as you are –

  • At ease building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and under pressure
  • Comfortable coordinating many moving parts
  • Motivated to set and meet the highest standards
  • A background within FMCG or mechanical engineering will be advantageous but is not essential
