We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Support Team, reporting directly to Mathew Scott, Infrastructure & Operations Support Lead. This role is Permanent Full Time and will be based between our Sydney York Street office and our Toohey’s Brewery in Lidcombe.
As a Technology Support Specialist, you will partner with both internal and external stakeholders through proactive service delivery and the support of strategic and regional initiatives. Combining both Business As Usual and Transformational work, you will also get the opportunity to support and implement Continuous Improvement and Cost Saving Initiatives whilst building capability and engagement across Lion.
We are looking for an IT enthusiast with a can-do attitude who will build strong trusting relationships with IT's key business partners. You will seek to first understand their needs and then work collaboratively on implementing mutually beneficial change.
You won’t just accept the status quo! You will be continually asking how we can simplify, automate or eliminate systems and processes, to allow IT to add more value and ultimately support Lion team members and our various collaboration spaces.
In addition to your relevant technical experience and industry qualifications, you will be a technologist who is excited by the value that technology can bring to Lion and will showcase this to our employees via collaboration, training and delivering insightful programs. As a member of the IT Support team, you will also participate in a 24/7 on-call support roster, which you will be additionally compensated for. Access to your own vehicle and a full driver's licence will be highly beneficial for this role.
