We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People / Payroll / HR Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Services team, reporting into our People Reporting and Insights Leader. This opportunity is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract is based in the Sydney CBD with the flexibility to work remotely in line with our Lion Flex policy. The HR Data Analyst will deliver accurate and timely validation of the people data in our HR information systems and will be the Subject Matter Expert on Organizational and Position data accuracy and maintenance. The role resolves data queries and solves problems with relevant stakeholders to support the efficient resolution of data requests from employees.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:• Experience in a HR Admin, Payroll Data or HR Data role• Experience with an HR information system and a proven ability to learn how to use new systems quickly• Experience with resolving HR/Pay related queries• A demonstrated ability to work in a team conducting analysis, solving data problems and improving data processes• Some knowledge of HR and/or payroll systems and processes
Experience in interpreting individual contract and/or collective agreement conditions in the Australian and New Zealand environment would be beneficial for the role.
We use SAP, Success Factors and Kronos as our HR systems so experience in this area would set you up for a smoother transition into the role.
