The Role
Step into our renowned Little Creatures brewery as a trusted advisor to our teams across the site, supporting across Brewing, Packaging and Utilities – 

  • Collaborate with the trades teams to improve plant uptime through removal of roadblocks and being an escalation point for support with problem solving
  • Contribute to large site Capital projects and deliver small Capital Projects
  • Analyse and review our brewing and packaging processes, seek opportunities to optimise and improve
  • Support completion and drive improvements in preventative and corrective maintenance plans

About You

You may either be a qualified engineer or come from a technical background, as well as -

  • Experience within manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Driven to engage with our teams and build trusted relationships
  • Learning agility and adaptable to flex across the brewery as different situations arise
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and exceeding expectations 


An engineering degree will be advantageous but is not essential if you have good experience behind you.
