We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team. In this newly created role, you will work in a team of four to support the delivery of quality revenue insights to our Marketing and Sales teams to unlock mutual category growth for Lion and our valued customers.

 

Our Revenue Analysts are not only our go-to for such things as pricing reviews and price setting processes, but they also work alongside our Sales & Marketing teams as a trusted partners where they provide valued insights and recommendations. 

 

In this role your core focus will be supporting in the delivery of defining where we play & how we realise value by providing actionable category & channel revenue insights.

 

Key areas you will focus on will be:
•    Supporting the development of Lion’s Revenue & Pricing Management strategy
•    Supporting on the price setting process
•    Reviewing pricing & promotional strategies by identifying marketplace drivers that materially impact price realisation
•    Support appropriate revenue forums and integrate into the IBP cycle

 

We’re looking for someone with the following skills & knowledge:
•    Category & Shopper insights
•    Nielsen/Aztec analytical capability
•    Advanced Excel skills
•    Experience using Sales Databases
•    The ability to effectively prioritise and manage timelines to meet deadlines

 

We’re looking for people who love data, insight generation and modelling to simplify complexity. People who enjoy presenting compelling stories around strategy and ‘get’ how to exercise your ‘influence’ muscles.

 

Success in this role will require solid experience in FMCG Category, Sales, Insights and/or Marketing, experience in research & insight generation and experience developing & presenting Category & Range reviews to FMCG buyers.
