We are currently recruiting for a Category Insights Executive to join our Category & Channel Strategy Team reporting directly to our Category Strategy Leader on a full-time permanent basis.

This role will Lead the analysis and insights development for our partnership brands (Guinness, White Claw and Heineken) and support the creation of the Category & Channel Growth Plan for the Premium International and RTD channels for LAU. This includes leading the development and execution of key initiatives.

 

A day in the life

  • Support the development of the Category & Channel three-year Strategy for our Premium International and Ready to Drink channels.
  • Manage category & channel insight reporting, including roll-out & capability for primary stakeholders (Marketing, Shopper, Sales, Commercial)
  • Create, execute & review initiatives to bring the Category & Channel strategy to market
  • Support the identification, commercialization & prioritisation of marketplace opportunities including considerations for brands, innovation, customer, and revenue management
  • Partner with our Premium International and RTD team to ensure their brand plans are supported by fact-led insight & our Category & Channel strategy

 

What you will need on day one

  • Strong analytical & commercial capability & expertise with data analytics tools (AFO, PowerBI, AZTEC, Hybrid, Excel)
  • Strength in understanding category insights and translating these into a story to take to our key customers
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to form trusting relationships with our key customers
  • Account Management experience would set you up for success in this role but isn’t essential
  • Excellent collaboration skills; work within a team to achieve common goals and be able to work with other teams & business functions
