The Pride is one of the largest breweries in New Zealand and is home to some of New Zealand's most iconic and beloved beverage brands, from Steinlager and Lindauer through to Mac's, Wither Hills, Speight’s, Zeffer and many more. Based at the Pride, you will contribute to all our NZ and Australia based sites, including larger breweries such as The Pride, Tooheys and XXXX and our smaller craft breweries such as Little Creatures and Malt Shovel.

The Role

Join our global engineering team to drive equipment optimisation and performance across all our operational brewery sites in New Zealand and Australia. Step out of day-to-day engineering and into the strategic asset management space, gain exposure to the entire asset management lifecycle across our varied supply chain equipment, acting as a trusted advisor to drive brewery performance.

• Partner with our operational sites to support the delivery of superior asset and cost performance through the deployment of Lion’s Asset Care Strategy
• Provide best practice engineering support across our manufacturing sites via a structured asset management approach
• Drive improvement in plant reliability by optimising equipment maintenance plans and utilising reliability tools and data
• Gain exposure across the whole brewery lifecycle, to all our equipment and partner with varied teams
• Embed our SAP EAM systems and processes (SAP training provided)

About You

• 7+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience from within any industry
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline
• You may bring SAP experience or the learning agility for us to train you to be an SAP custodian
• A motivated self-starter
• Driven to engage with our teams and build trusted relationships
