We have an exciting opportunity in our Workplace services team for a Workplace Services Executive to join us. The role reports to the Workplace Services Leader and is based in our Sydney CBD office.
This role is highly customer focused and has a large number of customers and stakeholders all with varying requirements. It is responsible for a broad range of activities relating to office administration and facilities management. As the role and team are a key contact for Lion when visitors arrive a high standard or professionalism and presentation of yourself, and our spaces is paramount.
You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Reception and ensuring the active management of the office administration and facilities is delivered as a unified team. Being successful in this role will require demonstration of agility, prioritisation and a desire own and deliver all aspects of the role, while winning together as a team. Process innovation and improvement across all aspects of this role will be a key expectation.
This full-time role is based out of our York Street office 5 days a week with varying shift hours between 8am - 6pm.
