At Malt Shovel we are passionate about good beer. We are an exciting start-up, that has been created to build new craft beer brands as well as find new customers to trade with. We are currently looking to recruit a motivated Business Development Executive to join us on a 10m FTC, you will manage and build accounts from Sydney’s CBD up to Newcastle and everywhere in between (Including Central Coast). This is a field-based role, with one day a week working from our Camperdown Office, You will receive a company car, phone, and laptop.
In this role you will be responsible for pursuing new customers, managing our pourage rights processes from end to end, and working with our existing customer base to ensure that our customers are educated on our products, offered advice and receive help activating new brands.
The person we are looking for must have a genuine interest in beer, is experienced enough to think strategically about the marketplace and be prepared to make sacrifices for teammates and customers alike.
It’s only early days but our Malt Shovel business it is going along well, with a distinctive portfolio of craft brands like Panhead, White Rabbit, Brooklyn Brewery and great local brands like the Eumundi Brewery we can give our customers what they want. Our performance is a direct reflection of our people and our love for beer and our customers.
