We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planning Lead to join our Demand Planning team. This is a permanent position, reporting to our Business Planning Director. This role is available on a full-time basis out of our York Street Office with flexible working arrangements available.

 

In this role you will lead a dedicated team to facilitate sales in building robust longer term Demand Plans.
 

A day in the life…

  • Deep operational and day to day business partnering, leveraging expert understanding of Demand planning to ensure high quality Demand plans are built and executed
  • Drive best in class metrics for Demand Forecasting accuracy & bias to support IBP maturity progression
  • Apply deep understanding of marketplace, consumer and customer drivers and work with key stakeholders to gather data and insights to build a statistical baseline for sales and marketing on how we will deliver the strategic plan
  • Manage demand planning delivery ensuring timely, accurate and concise reporting as per IBP calendar and mitigation of risks
  • Support the Demand Optimisation Lead in the simplification of systems and processes

 

What you will need from day one…

  • Extensive experience in Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning will set you up for success in this role
  • Demonstrated experience in utilising data and insights to influence decisions
  • Proven ability to build relationships, business partner and influence peers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Energetic and engaging people leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate thought leadership engaging the team in a vision for the future
  • Experienced in communicating/presenting complex information in a simple format
