We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People / Payroll / HR Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Services team, reporting into our People Data Leader. This opportunity is based at Sydney Olympic Park with the flexibility to work from home and our CBD office regularly in line with our Lion Flex policy (e.g. the majority of the team work from home 50% of the time). This is a high impact role responsible for processing people data and ensuring the governance and accuracy of team member data across Lion. As a HR Data Analyst (internally known as a People Data Executive), you will have a high level of analytical, critical thinking, and demonstrated learning agility. Process Excellence is central to what we do in the People Services team at Lion, so a focus on ongoing Process Improvement will be a key deliverable.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
• Solid experience in a Payroll Data, HR Data or People Data Analytics role• Experience with a HRIS and a proven ability to learn how to use new systems quickly• Experience with resolving HR/Pay related queries• A demonstrated ability working as a team to collaborate with relevant stakeholders through various analytical, problem solving and process improvement scenarios• Business analysis techniques• Payroll Systems, legislation and processes knowledge
Although it is not essential, any experience in interpreting complex Enterprise Agreements and Employment conditions and working across both an Australia and New Zealand environment would be beneficial for the role.
We use Success Factors, Ramco and Kronos as our systems so experience in this area would set you up for a smoother transition into the role.
