The Lion Reward team is undergoing significant change as we reshape our Reward practices towards a forward-looking customer-centric Reward experience. We have an exciting opportunity to join our new-look Reward & Recognition team as Reward Experience Leader reporting to our recently joined Reward Director.
This role will be at the heart of this change that will truly make a difference for the future of Reward at Lion. The permanent role based out of our York Street Office with hybrid flexible working arrangements available.
This role will primarily lead the servicing and delivery of our core programs within the Reward COE. You will partner with our People and Culture Team to ensure our business is ready to deliver its strategic programs and optimise our reward programs to create value for our businesses and reward for high performance.
