We are on the lookout for a passionate and talented  Sous Chef who wants to be part of our established hospitality icon at Wither Hills Restaurant and Cellar Door.  


Join our team and be part of a truly outstanding venue. This is a permanent full-time Day Time Lunch Only role which is based in Blenheim and will report to our Head Chef.
 
As part of our kitchen team, you will play an integral part in helping to bring our vision to life.  You will be passionate about amazing food and creating an outstanding experience.  
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Being an integral part of our kitchen team, managing and motivating junior chefs
• Working closely with the Head Chef to drive our cuisine
• Driving consistency and quality to match with our excellent wines
 
To be successful in this role you will have:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Full working rights in New Zealand
• A passion for the hospitality industry and for great, local produce
