We have an exciting new opportunity in the Lion business; we are looking for a Product Portfolio Leader who will lead the Portfolio Management Review process as part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Lion Australia and New Zealand.
This is a new and critical role that will join the innovation team reporting to the Innovation Director in Australia. This will be a full-time permanent position and can be based either in Australia at Lion’s York Street office or in New Zealand out of our Fanshawe Street office.
IBP at Lion is about Enabling Growth by ensuring we are working to one business plan to deliver our strategic and 3-year goals. It ensures we are empowering our people, moving fast, and holding ourselves accountable to delivering results for Lion.
The Product Portfolio Leader is responsible for the integrity of our processes- supporting all product change activities including new product development. The scope will reach from development through to the launch stage, and the process of life cycle and portfolio management thereafter. This role will facilitate the integration of new and changed or deleted products, including the plan for managing phased in/phased out of products through the Product Management Review (PMR) of the (IBP) process.
