We are on the hunt for a new Regional Sales Manager to join us to service the Southern Great Barrier Reef Region. This role services this amazing region from Mackay all the way down to Bundaberg and we’re flexible on where you base yourself. Whether you want to be on the shores in Mackay, in iconic Bundaberg, tropical Yeppoon or any of the surrounding towns- we have you covered and will support your travel between the areas which you lead.
A day in the life
In this role you will drive the relentless execution of our beer brands within your region and achieve sustainable outcomes through engaged teams and customers.
Reporting through to our Field Sales Director QLD, this is an excellent leadership role that offers an opportunity to grow your Sales leadership career and have a substantial impact on business growth at a field and strategic planning level.
What you will need from day one
You will be an agile and inspiring in-field coach that is energised by the achievement of others. Your ability to navigate through a complex sales environment coupled with your ability to demonstrate clear and decisive commercial thinking will help set you up for success in this role.
Your will achieve targeted sales outcomes through enhancing strong business relationships, as you work with individual customers on their joint business plans and develop and implement an overall territory plan for the region. You will also embed best practice infield sales processes through the provision of strong leadership and coaching, to a team of Sales Executives located across the region.
