One of our team is heading off on maternity leave so we’re looking for a passionate, customer focussed individual to join our Service Excellence team on a 12 month fixed term contract as Customer Change & Communications Leader. This role reports to our Service Excellence Director and is based at our Fanshawe St office & flexibly from home.


In this role you will lead the execution of our Communications strategy, the customer change and communications plan and support key stakeholders to ensure customer communications are executed on time and to a high standard.  You will leverage your change management expertise to engage the hearts & minds of our customers leading them through change initiatives that minimise customer effort and deliver business growth.  You will also partner with internal Lion teams to ensure optimal internal communication processes, tools and drive best practice communications across the business.

We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in communications strategy development and execution, strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and expert business partnering skills.
