About the Role:

We are hunting for multiple motivated and driven individuals to join our Customer Support & Sales Team in Sydney Olympic Park (onsite parking available) on a Permanent Full-Time basis!

 

Reporting to our Sales Manager and working in a team environment, your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

  • Taking sales orders and responding to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Executing targeted promotion, sales campaigns and meeting sales targets &KPIs.
  • Growing stakeholder engagement and creating values for our customers and our business
  • Continuously developing and identifying process improvement opportunities.

 

About You:

  • Strong relationship building and super customer-focused.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in Liquor, hospitality and call centres is highly desired but not essential.
