We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR Analyst/Administrator to join our Enterprise Services Team.
This is fixed term opportunity, until 1st July 2022, based in our Sydney Olympic Park Office, reporting into the People Central Leader. In line with Lion’s flexible work policy, you will also be able to work from home if desired.
As part of this role, you will support the business to ensure our people data is accurate and updated in a timely manner. You will be the SME for Lion’s organisation and position data accuracy and maintenance. Your role will support the business with key Human Resource lifecycle processes including Onboarding, Crossboarding, Pay Queries and Employment Data Changes. Your role will also be responsible for resolving HR related queries and accountable to problem solve with relevant People Services or alternative teams to support efficient resolution of team member requests and support positive people experience via query management.
To be successful in this position, you will have experience with HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors Employee Central). You will have experience in a HR Analyst or Payroll Analyst role, and have experience working with helpdesk case management. You must have experience with Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
