We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR & Payroll Project manager to join the team. This is a 9 month fixed term contract opportunity reporting into our People Services Leader and is based at our Sydney Olympic Park office with the ability to work from home 50% of the time if desired.


As the HR & Payroll Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of People Services Initiatives from planning through to deployment of changes, by working with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain various initiative project plans e.g System Optimisation Initiative & M&A activity. You’ll manage actions, risks, issues and decisions log across People Services for these initiatives.


A continuous improvement mindset will allow you to drive the improvement of processes and potential system solutions across SuccessFactors and Ramco.


We’re looking for a strong project manager with demonstrated experience delivering HR and Payroll related projects. You’ll have knowledge of best practice in shared services, shared services operating models and an understanding of enabling technologies.


Leadership experience is desired as you’ll lead a team of up to 6.
