We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as our eCommerce Support Executive, reporting to our Digital Execution & Data Lead, based in Auckland.  This role delivers a professional high-quality eCommerce service to our customers and stakeholders via e-communications and delivery of continuous improvement.
A day in your life:
•    Issue resolution – manage customer queries & complaints that come through via the customer portal inbox, resolving with SLA
•    Key role withing the Business Continuity plan in case of crisis impacting the ability to operate in Lion Customer Service Centre
•    Content & site management – ensuring timely upload of site content & asset management
•    Business partnering – with a deep understanding of all eCommerce platforms partner key stakeholders to ensure we are delivering excellent support to the team
Technical skills we’re looking for:
•    Knowledge of eCommerce platforms
•    Experience within a Customer Service environment
•    Experience in database management & HTML would also be beneficial
