We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position based at our Sydney Olympic Park office with the ability to work from home 50% of the time if desired. This role reports into our IT Director for Infrastructure and Operation.
The purpose of this position is to lead the outsourced team who manage Lion’s network and telephony services, and support Lion business and operations sites with network and telecommunications capability. You’ll also manage external providers to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics, and identify and manage resources needed for the planning, development and delivery of Lion’s infrastructure services.

We’re seeking an individual with experience in an IT Technical Leadership role, who is experienced in problem and incident management and can manage data networks and telecommunications. You’ll be an analytical, strategic thought leader who has the ability to enable competitive advantage through technology. As this role plays a pivotal role in the team, strong business partnering skills are required to engage, interact and influence while being a trusted and credible advisor.
