We have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, and is based at our Sydney CBD office with the ability to work from home 50% of the time if desired.
In this position, you will support the development and implementation of 1-way for IBP & Revenue Growth Management, including the roadmap to deliver commercial value and enabling sustained organisational change. You’ll utilize your strong business partnering and influencing skills to lead & support key stream deliverables for IBP & Revenue Growth Management projects, and drive project planning and governance.
Working with a cross-functional stakeholder group (demand, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, business process excellence & SAP Optimisation teams), you’ll lead value creation and benefits tracking projects for the IBP initiative.
We’re seeking an individual with strong cross-functional commercial experience across FMCG sales, supply chain or finance, with proven project management skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity. You’ll be experienced in the development of strategy and business cases and have the ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels.
