People Systems Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Systems Analyst to join the team. This role reports to our People Systems and Reporting Leader and is a full time, permanent position, based at our Sydney Olympic Park office.


The purpose of this role is to act as a key point of contact for SuccessFactors, Fieldglass and Kronos continuous improvement initiatives. As well as a point of escalation for systems issues, troubleshooting issues and seeking out long term resolutions.


Key accountabilities of the role will be:


  • Implement roadmap of changes across SuccessFactors and Fieldglass including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Discuss and plan roadmap of change with key business stakeholders to ensure SuccessFactors and Fieldglass are fully utilised to support business strategies.
  • Manage the implementation of improvement initiatives (e.g. configuration updates, testing, troubleshooting, feedback and documentation).
  • Provide system change signoff through an agreed governance process for regular packaged changes as well as for break fixes.
  • Manage the SuccessFactors and Fieldglass upgrade process along with ensuring configuration changes are made within the team.
  • Liaison with Platinum support teams – raising systems issues through to solution implementation and issue closed.
  • Manage BAU activities including template creation, launching forms, managing system permissions, email templates and notifications across the modules, and supporting and providing guidance with operations of SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Manage escalated helpdesk queries within agreed SLAs or as agreed with stakeholder if outside SLA.
  • Identify issue trends and lead a long-term resolution process with process/system owners.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of processes is maintained.


To be considered for this role an in depth understanding of SuccessFactors including performing system build, configuration and maintenance is required for this role and preferably experience with Fieldglass. Two years relevant experience is required to be successful in this role.

The salary for this position will be $110,000 - $120,000 + Super + Bonus.
