Customer Revenue Manager

We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Customer Revenue Manager to join our team.  This is a permanent role, reporting to our Category Strategy & Revenue Growth Management Director and is based in Auckland.  By leveraging Lion’s flexible working policy you can split your time working in our Fanshawe St office with working from home.
As our Customer Revenue Manager your mission is to build best in class strategies across how we price, promote and trade in a way that we excite our shoppers and grow with our customers in a sustainable manner.   You will drive effective management, development and application of our price and promotional models and participate in building, improving and implementing pricing and promotional plans that will deliver value to the business.
You will also be a key driver of embedding the Revenue Growth mindset within the business.
You will be responsible for:
-    Supporting the development of world-class Revenue & Pricing Management strategy
-    Leading Lion’s price setting process
-    Setting strategy & review of promotional guidelines and margins across categories, segments, channels & hierarchies
-    Driving greater pricing acumen across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
There will many more opportunities to drive strategic revenue growth using data driven decision making approach 

We need you to:
•    Have a deep understanding of category dynamics, trends and competitive set
•    Commercial, sales or marketing experience in similar roles
•    Strong leadership, communication & project management skills

If you have a curious mindset, can influence & drive change, and you thrive in a complex sometimes ambiguous environment then this could be a role for you.  If you have an Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Category, or RGM background this would be beneficial. But for us a curious mindset is key!
