We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate People Central Executive to join our People Services Team. This role is a fixed-term contract to 1st July 2022, based in our Sydney Olympic Park Office, reporting into the People Central Leader. In line with Lion’s flexible work policy, you will also be able to work from home if desired.
As part of this role, you will support leaders and team members on validation of onboarding processes including contract creation. Support on T1 related queries on SuccessFactors, support the business with policy queries and Employee Central queries.
To be successful in this position, you will have experience with HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors Employee Central) and experience with awards and agreements. You will have experience in a HR administrative support role, and have experience working with helpdesk case management.
