We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate People Central Executive to join our People Services Team. This role is a fixed-term contract to 1st July 2022, based in our Sydney Olympic Park Office, reporting into the People Central Leader. In line with Lion’s flexible work policy, you will also be able to work from home if desired.


As part of this role, you will support leaders and team members on validation of onboarding processes including contract creation. Support on T1 related queries on SuccessFactors, support the business with policy queries and Employee Central queries.
 

Accountabilities include:

  • Manage People Services helpdesk queue via Cherwell and ensure tickets are allocated, investigated, actioned and communicated to stakeholders within agreed People Services SLA’s (48 hrs) or as agreed with stakeholder if outside SLA.
  • Timely and accurate coordination and facilitation of Lion contracts. Working in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Leaders to generate appropriate contracts for External and Internal Team Members.
  • Validate and support the Onboarding and Crossboarding process. Support with data and actions through our relevant systems.
  • Create an engaging, consistent experience for leaders and team members within Lion when contacting People Services.
  • Invest in identifying and understanding opportunities within People Services end to end processes to enhance the experience for our people and improve efficiencies within our processes and systems.
     

To be successful in this position, you will have experience with HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors Employee Central) and experience with awards and agreements.  You will have experience in a HR administrative support role, and have experience working with helpdesk case management.
