Payroll Compliance Analyst

Fixed Term Full Time


This is a fixed term 12 month contract role responsible for providing leadership, advice and feedback through our internal teams, ensuring payroll practices are compliant within Lions obligations as an employer. This role will set to establish and monitor all processes in place to ensure accuracy in line with our agreed SLAs and correct audit controls are delivered in a way that makes business easy.


We are looking for a candidate that is an expert in problem solving and driving results whilst maintaining a customer focus.


To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Experience with payroll compliance and leadership, within a large organisation that has high volume transactions
  • Interpretation and working knowledge of payroll legislation and industrial agreements
  • Experience with driving internal audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Supported cross functional projects or initiatives
  • Experience in a Success Factors environment is preferred
  • At least 4+ years experience in a Payroll role covering Australia and NZ
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality of business partnering and ability to lead change
  • Sound understanding of Hire to Retire systems and processes
