We are on the lookout for passionate, talented teammates who are looking to affect change and streamline processes to provide world class service. Our Customer Service Operations Executives are a point of contact for our hospitality customers. They are primarily responsible for handling customer concerns or queries, right through from order placement to delivery and warehouse investigations. Ultimately, we are looking for problem solvers who easily build trusting relationships and can also take ownership, making quick decisions when required. Whilst knowledge of systems would be great, the ability to challenge why we do things is key.
