We are on the hunt for someone to come on board as our Havana Site/Operations Manager – Auckland, overseeing Havana’s planned Auckland production facilities, bringing the core Havana vibe to life.
This position will be based in Auckland and will report to our GM - Havana.
Your primary responsibility in this role is the efficient running and management of the day-to-day both factory and grocery production of the Auckland site and its employees, including maintenance of premises and vehicles. It’s crucial as the Operations Manager to live & breath the Havana culture. Leading by example with great gusto and energy.
What you will bring to the role:
Although coffee experience isn’t required, you will have a key passion for coffee and its complexity.
To help set you up for success in this role we will require you to spend the first month or so with the team in Wellington to undertake training and your induction – riding the Havana train.
