We’re looking for two new Brand Managers to join our Premium and Craft Marketing Team to be a key part of the future success for two of our key brands- James Squire and Furphy. 
 

You will work on these market leading brands, leading cross functional teams to deliver key projects across the long- and short-term horizon. Joining a high calibre, consumer focused team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership key projects and drive the future success of your brand. 
 

A day in the life

  • Support our Marketing Managers to manage brand performance to consumer and commercial objectives and budgets.
  • Develop brand strategies and ensure execution of brand plans across the marketing mix that influence consumer behaviour both for the long and short term
  • Partner internal and external agencies to develop and execute campaigns and experiences that connect with consumers in relevant and meaningful ways
  • Lead the development of core brand innovation, from proposition through to execution
  • Leverage our customer and consumer data to develop piercing insights and making recommendations to influence plans and activities
     

What you will make you successful

  • You are led by a desire to understand consumer needs and behaviour and able to use data to create meaningful insights that can be actioned into brand plans and activities.
  • You combine a strong commercial mindset with a passion to see brands play a more meaningful role in culture.
  • Your strong communication and relationship building skills will set you up for success as you will need to lead and influence effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across Australia.
