We are currently recruiting for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our hard-working and people focused Centralised Coach & Coordinator team on a 12mth fixed term contract basis to cover one of our team heading off on maternity leave. This role reporting into our Culture & Change Leader and is based in Sydney.
The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with the People & Culture Coaches to support Leaders through the Lion Achievement Cycle and other people processes such as annual rem review as well as providing HR Advisory level advice to Leaders at Lion. You will work closely with the P&C Centres of Excellence by leveraging your reporting and data skills to provide valuable support on delivering our core people activities across the year. The role enables you to contribute to the team delivering of our Leadership capability agenda for the business and support various ad-hoc P&C projects throughout the year.
To succeed in this role solid stakeholder management skills and disciplined thought and action is needed along with your customer centric passion and can-do attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills are very beneficial along with continuous improvement mindset.
