We have an opportunity to join our Capability & Change team as a Learning & Development Lead (Sales), reimagining capability to be forever future fit.
In this role you will lead projects throughout the learning cycle (end to end) to deliver market leading learning solutions that unlock all sales opportunities across all channels and levels across the organisation. You will lead the design, development, deploy and evaluation of planned capability and change programs & initiatives; including frameworks, resources, sessions, modules and job aids.
You will bring your proven experience within leading end to end learning design, including innovative and digital ways of learning, along with your knowledge within best practice and emerging blended (digital and face to face) learning solutions.
