We are currently recruiting for a Customer Logistics Manager for our York St. Sydney Office on a full time permanent basis.
As the Customer Logistics Leader, you will help to drive exceptional supply chain customer engagement through the provision of superior service to our customers and internal teams.
Effective client management is key to this role, ensuring effective processes are in place and any issues are resolved via use of data and reporting.
Bringing your commercial and project management skills, you will identify and support work streams to address inefficiencies, simplify processes and implement best practice standards.
As a driver of change you will engage teams and collaborate to build capability and knowledge of network performance, customer experience and planning you will drive value creation across the network.
