We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Workforce Planner to join the team in Sydney Olympic Park. This role will report through to the Sales Manager and sits within our Lion Connect sales and customer service centre.
Your role will be to support our Service Centre and our customers by forecasting workload across multiple contact types and managing the effective planning and scheduling of resources to meet current and future demands to agreed KPI’s.
Alongside rostering experience, you will also bring your operational and strategic thinking to look at future short- and long-term resourcing requirements. Knowledge of workforce planning software and principles will be advantageous alongside any other business intelligence and/or dashboard experience. You will be well versed with excel as this role will provide an opportunity to showcase your reporting skills.
