We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join the LNZ Marketing team as Senior Revenue Growth Manager, on a permanent basis.  This newly created role reports into our Category Strategy & RGM Director, and is based in Auckland & flexibly from home.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is new territory for Lion NZ, and this role will lead the development and implementation of revenue growth across our business and our customers.  You will scope out & develop our revenue strategy and deliver this strategy to Marketing & Sales to unlock mutual category growth for Lion and our customers.  This role will work in an agile way, flexing across all categories and channels.  A key part of this role will be to champion the benefits of revenue growth and build capability with stakeholders within Lion.

We are looking for someone with solid technical expertise in RGM tools & principles, an extensive background in RGM/Pricing or Commercial BP roles and a deep understanding of category dynamics, trends and competitive sets.  You will have a deep understanding of consumer, shopper & customers and the levers to create & extract volume and value. You will need to be an expert business partner as effective stakeholder engagement will be critical, as well as being a strong coach with a natural, engaging influencing style.
