We are looking for a permanent, full time Duty Manager to join our Wither Hills cellar door team. In this role you will provide the day-to-day operational management to a highly engaged venue team to deliver a best-in class Cellar Door and Restaurant hospitality offering for customers so that they experience the essence of the brand.
Reporting through to the Assistant Venue Manager, this role will ensure profitability by delivering on business objectives and targets through the achievement of quality, safety, and people standards.
You will bring your proven ability to motivate and drive people, combined with strong commercial acumen, and profficiency in reading and reporting on financial details. Your mental agility and professional judgement required to resolve unforeseen issues is vital, along with experience in hospitality management. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. A current and in date duty managers certificate is essential along with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
