To support our Future Work strategy and deliverables, we are currently looking for a People Practices & Performance Specialist to join the team, reporting into our People Practices & Performance Leader.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery and measurement of simple and easily integrated people experiences across Lion. You will also support the development and execution of high quality people centric change management and communication plans on people practices, processes and supporting technology.
You’ll enjoy putting to use your HR Partnering experience, with a focus on people experience design and management to ‘cut through’ to key priorities. Along with your practical expertise leading or supporting projects, your stakeholder management and influencing capabilities will be second-to-none, with a solutions focus mindset.

Ideally you will also have experience working with people technology and HR information systems.
