The Systems Leader is a newly created permanent role designed to support our transition to a new People Systems landscape and take our systems forward in to the future. This role reports directly to the People Services Director.
As the Systems Leader, you will be responsible for embedding our new systems and processes in the team and with our stakeholders. You will drive optimisation of the systems and will establish a robust governance process within the People Systems team for the long term. For our stakeholders you will discuss and plan a roadmap of change to ensure systems are fully utilised to support business strategies whilst minimising risk. You will lead a team of 3 people that provide system support for our solutions.
As the Systems Leader you value governance and controls to ensure our landscape is managed correctly with the right disciplined approach, you cultivate problem solving and apply critical thinking to a challenge.
To deliver across multiple programs you’ll need to be able to clearly identify priorities and opportunities for optimisation and take ownership of following through on these to enable us to continue to build on the foundations set by the People Tech Program. You have knowledge of the systems we are implementing and have a strong project management background.
