We are currently recruiting for a Sustainable Technologies Manager to join the Engineering and Sustainable Technology team at Sydney Olympic Park. This role is full time permanent and will report into the Environment Director.

As the Sustainable Technologies Manager, you will deliver the Supply Chain Sustainability Strategy which includes 4 key areas: 1) Deployment of carbon abatement technology & processes with optimal commercial outcomes to achieve new Science Based Targets ; 2) Continual improvement of enterprise Energy Management System to drive utility efficiency and Supply Chain capability, support regulatory reporting and report progress against the carbon reduction roadmap ; 3) Supporting advancement of the circular economy & Container Deposit Scheme strategy, and 4) Strategic supplier engagement to baseline scope 3 emissions & execute joint projects to reduce scope 3 emissions, promote the circular economy and advance water stewardship.

Utilising your process engineering experience along with your broad environmental sustainability industry experience, you will continuously evaluate emerging carbon reduction technology both within and outside the brewing industry along with opportunities for supplier partnerships to mutual commercial and environmental benefit.

Your tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Environmental Management along with your ability to build strong relationships and influence multiple stakeholders, will set you up for success in this role.
