Due to an internal promotion we’re on the hunt for our next National Business Manager - Foodstuffs South Island, based in Christchurch. Reporting through to our National Account Director, this role is responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable business growth across our grocery channel which includes the Beer, Wine, and Cider categories across the New World, Pak n Save and 4 Square banners. This role is also responsible for our Specialty Liquor channel which includes the Spirits and RTDs categories for the Henrys and Trents banners. As part of our Sales team, you will manage key existing business relationships and be a trusted business advisor to market influencing customers.

Your key responsibilities will include building joint business plans to deliver mutual growth, achieving sales volume and profitability targets, generating promotional plans to deliver share and investment targets, facilitating inter-company interaction to optimise operational performance and advocating for Foodstuffs South Island within Lion.  You will have the opportunity to develop your people leadership skills, leading a team of two.
